Granados Group LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, doing business as BookingNudge ("BookingNudge," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the BookingNudge platform and embeddable AI chat widget. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you interact with our Service.
BookingNudge provides an AI-powered chat widget that businesses ("Tenants") embed on their websites. When you interact with the widget on a Tenant's website, BookingNudge processes your information on behalf of that Tenant (as a "processor") and for our own service operations (as a "controller").

BookingNudge does not collect or process protected health information (PHI), medical records, insurance information, Social Security numbers, payment card numbers (except through Stripe's hosted payment fields), or other sensitive personal data. The widget discusses only publicly available business information such as services, pricing, and hours.

Your chat messages are processed by artificial intelligence. When you send a message through the widget, it is transmitted to our servers and processed using a third-party AI model (Anthropic Claude) to generate a response. The AI model receives your message, conversation history within the current session, and the Tenant's business context (services, pricing, FAQs).
We do not use your conversations to train AI models. Our AI provider (Anthropic) does not use API inputs for model training. Chat transcripts are retained for service delivery and quality assurance purposes as described in Section 7.
You are communicating with an AI system, not a human. AI responses may contain inaccuracies and do not constitute binding commitments.
We share personal information only as follows:

If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages through the widget:
When you submit your phone number, we record: the timestamp of submission, the page URL where you submitted, your IP address, and the exact consent language displayed to you at the time. These records are retained as long as necessary to demonstrate compliance with applicable law.

The widget does not set third-party tracking cookies. The widget does not use cookies for advertising purposes.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and secure infrastructure. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us at [email protected].
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, for Tenants, via email notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
